The renovation of Bavaria's Cruiser Series
continues - with the Cruiser 46 Bavaria announces the third new
yacht (after the Cruiser 37 and 41) for the season
2014. It replaces the Cruiser 45 and offers a lot of new
features, e. g. the new deck design with its
generous new cockpit, improved sitting comfort for crew
and helmsman, a new cockpit table with large foldable wings
and highlights like the integrated chart
plotter (optional) as well as modern "state of the
art" steering pedestals.
The boat provides lots of storage
space on deck as well as down below. The large side windows
emphasize the elegant lines of this beautiful yacht. The flush
hatches contribute to the very "tidy" look of the deck
with its spacious and functional cockpit and the transom
hatch that can be lowered to form a broad swimming platform that
also serves as the perfect dinghy landing.
The interiors convince with abundant light and
air and the new, more "rounded" style of the furnishings. For
some it might be surprising that the designer's
eliminated the chart table but on second thoughts it is a
logic step in times were electroncis use to be mounted in
the cockpit and navigation takes place on deck. The plus in
space for settees and salon table is remarkable. A chart
table integrated into the salon table can be ordered as
The Cruiser 46 is available as a 3 or 4 cabin
version with three bathrooms and a separate shower. The so
called "charter-to-owner concept" allows to reconvert the two front
cabins into one large owner's cabin without any problem - e.g. when
after using the yacht in charter less cabins are needed.
A fast and secure yacht designed by Farr Yacht
Design that will please charterers and owners alike.
